Welcome!
I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Statistical Sciences, University of Padova (Italy), where I work with Francesco Denti on Bayesian nonparametric methods for complex data (BNP4BNP — Bayesian Non Parametrics for Biclustering and Nested Partitions).
In April 2026 I completed my PhD in
Modeling and Data Science
at the University of Turin (Italy), under the supervision of
Matteo Ruggiero
and
Dario Spanò.
My doctoral research focused on several aspects of Bayesian inference for random partitions, including
duality-based inference for hidden Markov models driven by two-parameter Poisson–Dirichlet diffusions.
Research Interests
- Bayesian Nonparametrics
- Stochastic Duality and Filtering
- Bayesian Consensus Clustering
- Functionals of Random Discrete Populations
Education
• PhD in Modeling and Data Science — University of Turin, 2026.
• M.Sc. in Stochastics and Data Science — University of Turin, 2022.
• B.Sc. in Statistics and Economics — University of Milan-Bicocca, 2019.
Beyond Research
I grew up in Jesolo, a small town near Venice, in northern Italy.
My passion for music led me to learn electric bass and guitar, explore the basics of music production, mixing and mastering, and eventually record two studio albums with my bands.
During my studies in Milan, I also had the opportunity to cultivate my interest in radio broadcasting as both host and director of programming for the college radio.
